What?

At Duality Institute, we do two things in parallel: scientific research and trading — hence the name "Duality".

Why?

1) trading provides greater social value by supporting scientific research, and 2) in the age of AI, productivity boosts make this dual-mandate possible.

How?

We adopt a phased approach with three key steps:

1. Develop CILA: Duality Institute will develop a Gen-AI model named CILA, specialized for financial trading. This will be our first client-facing product.
2. Launch Duality Trading
   • A specialized variant of CILA will be deployed internally at Duality Trading as our proprietary research tool.
   • We will start by using proprietary capital for trading to gain experience with AI-driven research process.
   • With a proven research model, we will expand to raise client capital.
3. Duality Model
   • Trading serves as a funding source for research initiatives.
   • DI expands its research efforts beyond CILA into other areas.
